I’m not sure why it came as such a shock because he’s been ill for sometime… But recently Bridget St. John had mentioned that John was feeling better and was planning on playing some shows in the States this coming spring. Today I am off to shoot Black-Eyed Suzie’s magical dollmaking shop. I’m in for a treat, face painting, wigmaking and perhaps some finishing touches on a Victorian beauty. Stay tuned for the Etsy Handmade Portrait of this talented dollmaker and her evocative creations… Check out Black-Eyed Suzie’s blog here!

Something’s Hiding In Here shoot

I just got back from a super fun shoot in Philly with the kids behind Something’s Hiding In Here for the new Etsy home decor video series There’s No Place Like Here. Shauna Alterio & Stephen Loidolt were two of the most productive, inspired and lovely people I’ve met. Here’s a link to a Sneak Peek post about their fabulous loft on Design Sponge. Keep your eyes peeled for the series launch of There’s No Place Like Here in February on Etsy.
